All UK orders are delivered within 1-2 working days from the dispatch date (unless stated otherwise), and standard shipping means we deliver Monday through Saturday.
International orders should allow approximately 1-2 working days from date of order, to dispatch.
All UK orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Monday.
All UK orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day, or if placed after 2pm on Saturday, the following week.

Our factories are all over the world. We manufacture mostly in Turkiye, India, Greece, Pakistan and China.
Can I return something if it does not fit?

Of course. Please just head over to our returns portal https://hoodrichuk.com/pages/returns-policy and choose either UK or International, and then enter your order number and details and you will be able to arrange for your return and refund. Once we receive your item back, we process your refund in 1-2 working days.

We offer UK, European and International standard and express delivery. Please note that orders may take up to 24 hours to be dispatched due to extra security steps we have in place on our website. Once your order is cleared and approved, it will be dispatched as soon as possible. No payment will be processed until this check is complete.
