LOCKER FAQ's

The Locker is the Hoodrich loyalty program. You can earn points every time you shop and the more points you earn, the more rewards you will unlock. For every 500 points you earn, you will be able to redeem for a Hoodrich voucher.

Simply create or login to your existing Hoodrich account.

Yes, you will still be able to earn points with The Locker during Hood Friday. If you are not already signed up, sign up here.

Vouchers from The Locker cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

Anyone who creates an account will be automatically enrolled into The Locker.

First log in to your Hoodrich account and then enter your Locker account. You will then be shown the points you've earned and how you can convert these into redeemable vouchers such as £5, £10 or £20 off your order. Vouchers may not be combined or used with other code offers.

Approved: This reward can be redeemed immediately.

Pending: These points need to be verified before can go ahead and redeem them. Please allow 24 hours for the points to be approved. If you are having trouble, please contact us.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. This typically happens when you have cancelled an order and the points will change from pending to cancelled.

If a product is purchased with Locker points, the points will be refunded back to your account along with any funds, if necessary.

Unfortunately, Locker points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers or promotions

To unlock your birthday points, simply log into your Locker account and add your birthday information toward the bottom of the page. You will then receive your points on your birthday, which will then be converted into a redeemable £5 voucher.

Unfortunately, Locker points are not able to be transferred between accounts. Try and use one account to shop with Hoodrich, so that you don’t miss out on unlocking any rewards!

If you cancel your Locker account, you won’t be able to access your Locker page or your previous account information, meaning, you will not be able to use your points.

You can re-join at any time, but your points will not be saved, and you will have to start unlocking your rewards again.

If you would like to leave The Locker, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We will unenroll you and any points you have earned will no longer be valid.

Once you’ve unlocked Gold status, you’ll be exclusively rewarded with free next day delivery (UK customers only). Please order before 4pm on week days to receive your delivery the following working day (NDD does not apply on orders made Sat-Sun).
